The Cone Nebula (NGC 2264) Witness a dark, seven-light-year-long spire carved from a sea of hydrogen 2,350 light-years away in Monoceros. To process this monolith, we applied SIRIL and Photoshop, utilizing mock SHO Palettes. Utilizing tools for structural clarity, creating the extreme contrast necessary to see the "Fox Fur" textures and the dense, light-absorbing dust of the Cone as it stands in 3D defiance against its own glowing silhouette.

The Rosette Nebula (NGC 2244) Behold a colossal, flower-shaped molecular cloud blooming 5,200 light-years away in the constellation Monoceros. At its heart lies NGC 2244, a cluster of young, hot stars whose fierce stellar winds have carved out a massive central cavity, ionizing the surrounding hydrogen gas into deep ruby-red “petals.”
